I moved to this clinic and at first, after registration, I found Dr. to be nice, but until I had a health problem. First of all, I've never been examined by him, no matter what I came with. In addition, he ignores problems and is always right! I came with long term dizziness and he sent me for an X-ray, which I was thankful, the X-ray showed degeneration and when I asked what to do, maybe home exercises or whatever, he said: you can’t do anything… The NHS website says otherwise... I had covid, pneumonia and some time after had severe chest pains, which led to loss of consciousness on the bus, he said that it would pass without do anything, that everyone has it and that it is anxiety - I would like to point out that he never examined me! After removing a polyp from the small intestine, I had a painful, swollen and bloated abdomen for over a month, he said it was anxiety! Today I went to him with sinusitis which last already for over 5 weeks and I heard that it was rosacea because my cheeks are red! Yes, they are red because of fever but getting pall when fever goes down. I told him I have a pain and tenderness around cheeks, eyes and forehead and a blocked nose and he told me it was anxiety again!!! That I have skin condition and that’s it! I have sinusitis at the same time every year, without antibiotics I can't cure it and I know it's sinusitis. Nothing new to me. I asked for antibiotics because I know that unfortunately only it can help me. I heard that he is a doctor here, that I do not respect his medical opinion and that if I know better, I should change the clinic. Of course, he prescribed an antibiotic, but after he made me cry and stressed. Yes, I have anxiety but only when I have to see him! And my medical problems are not anxiety, and most often I end up with a visit to A&E or a private doctor who does not ignore the medical problem and solves it. Unfortunately, this clinic only has one doctor. The good site of this clinic is nurse, Elizabeth, is a golden woman, full of empathy and understanding. Angel not a woman. The same at the reception, you can easily reach them by phone, the atmosphere is very friendly, the ladies are always helpful and kind. I intended to change the clinic for a long time, but I didn't want to because the reception and the nurse are immaculate. I do not recommend.
Can you get less than a 1 star! The Doctor is rubbish. Shocking service wouldn't recommend him. The nurse is good wish I saw her. Don't waste your time with the doctor.

I love the surgery the receptionist are always polite friendly and helpful I found my experience with both Dr Ghauri's on point and whether by phone or f2f. Cannot fault them they give you the time to say what you need L Ford
