2am check in managed as someone was leaving the hotel. Receptionist was on hand to book us in and give us advice. Morning breakfast was freshly made on request. Good price @£65 for the on suite booked on same day.

Called in for a drink and the bar service was terrible. The lady behind the bar was very slow and couldn’t raise a smile, complaining when the buzzer went notifying her of food being ready to take to tables. This is the second time in recent months getting a similar poor service. Suggest some customer service training asap.

A very nice hotel with views overlooking the harbour. Staff are excellent and always available to help you out or simply have a chat. Food was amazing, would recommend a stay or a meal.

Didn't stay in a room, went for Sunday dinner. The staff were lovely and friendly the food was beautiful very well presented to. The dining area was lovely and clean and welcoming. Staffs uniforms were all great to they all looked the part and were helpful.

Just had a meal. Food was great kids loved it. Staff were very helpful.
