Ordered two hours in advance to avoid delays, arrived forty minutes to early, I was then promised it would arrive on time, it didn't, then I got violent knocks on my windows and doors at half hour past due time Inspected origanal delivery, chips barely cooked and its just a general mess. The worst was the violent window and door knocking.
Tried to give it half a star but wouldn't let me. Ordered through justeat and it took 2hrs 24 minutes to be delivered. Turned up cold and wet. Unbelievable
Every time we order it literally takes hours to deliver. Was definitely the last time!!
Walked in for a pizza on Christmas Eve and was rudely told they weren't taking orders. Had we been spoken to nicely that's fine, but it was rude and no apology. I'd definitely recommend Pedro's next door where the service is friendly and helpful.
Opened door, female very rudely said without an order, nothing further could be ordered. No apology, nothing - poor way to run a business. I went to Pedros two doors down, very friendly, efficient and cheaper too. Pizzas at Pedros very delicious and highly recommended. PS to the bloke claiming I am a competitor - I am not! If Chattanooga opened in Greater Manchester, it would easily go out of business in days as the takeaway places there are far superior to this place. One to avoid sadly!
The woman on the phone was awful Telling me that cant Deliver to this address but I get it Every week It looks like I won't be ordered at this place again.
absolutely shocking i put in a order for delivery at 10 and i rang 4 times asking where it is they said it was dispatched then proceeded not to even deliver the pizza diabolical
Brilliant pizza - very consistent quality and delivery drivers are always polite. I can only imagine some of the reviews on there are from competitors as opposed to actual customers. This is an updated review on 5th Aug ‘21
My Experience With This place is from a while ago but man I have had the worst experience. when I first would get from This takeaway it was alright but then I got bad. One night I had pizza from This place only to wake up the next day with stomach pain although I didn’t have food poisoning still wasn’t pleasant the pizzas are fatty greasy and disgusting. Chips are decent garlic bread definitely better than pizza. Never again will I buy from this place. Pizzas guaranteed to make you to feel sick and have stomach pains from how oily and greasy the pizzas are.
Just stopped by on my way home from work after looking up to see if they were open. Website said open till 11.30pm I thought great , parked up outside sign on the door says open and I can see someone cooking on the grill. Walked in at 10.45-10.50 ish to be barked at rudely that they were closed despite all signs saying they were open and she was still cooking. Won’t be trying there again I’ll stick to Pedros next time.
