A very nice hostelry, quite vibrant for a Monday. Some good ales on tap, with a good selection for all. Excellent food from the menu. As it was Monday it was easy to get a table; will be back when in the area.
Me and my partner had a meal here the atmosphere was lovely and the food was very tasty would highly recommended
We weren't sure about this pub when we first went in. There were no beers on draught at all, only cans. We had a can of lager and a spirit with coke for about £5.50. We asked for a glass for the can twice because the first glass given us was hot, the second one was very warm. We had a look at the menu and the food coming out looked good so we ordered. We were not disappointed. The food was good pub food and plenty of it, the atmosphere was good but it wasn't very busy for a Friday night. The staff were friendly and chatty.
Absolutely gorgeous food, very reasonably priced. Massive portion sizes!!! Very friendly staff who work very hard. It understandably gets very busy but there is extra seating upstairs. Clean facilities. Would highly recommend.
Absolutely love The Steamboat. I have been coming for years and it's always a 10/10 for me . Food is amazing, so much fresh seafood and so much choice
