Had my screw bangle posted out to me and received it before 1pm the next day. Amazing quality it’s so beautiful and just what I wanted and such a lovely piece for a really fair price. Can’t thank one particular staff member who was so patient with me and helped me get what I wanted just before Christmas. This jewellers is the best of the best! A Family run business through generations with the most amazing choice of time peaces, diamonds and gold you could imagine . I personally have used this jewellers for many years along with generations of my family and I would not go anywhere else so if you are looking for absolute quality and service then look no further. The gold shop and Maurice came very highly recommend to us and I’m so glad we visited. A very warm welcome despite being a busy little shop. Hunting for the perfect engagement ring, Maurice couldn’t have been more honest and helpful. There was no pressure to buy, he invited us to try lots of rings on, answering lots of questions, his knowledge is unsurpassed. This gentleman scoured us exactly what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction for resetting, valuations and insurance. Two more incredibly happy customers. Will definitely go back and always recommend. Thank you so much.

Beware !! Make sure you get what you think your getting I bought a bracelet it was not 18ct gold that it says on the receipt and it was not th Ct in diamonds that she told me it was. I admit I did pay a good price for it but when I rang to tell her that she has sold me 9Ct gold for 18 she was very unhelpful and just said bring it back and I’ll give you a refund , which I can’t do because it is now in another jewellery store being Altered her customer service skills is rubbish and all she was interested in was the sales I would say she works on commission. She wasn’t interested and very rude about her mistake.
Best place to buy watches or jewelry in UK. The service is always first class, and their prices are always fair. If they don’t have what you want, they will find it for you.
Fantastic shop. Really good prices and they have a beautiful selection of all Jewellery and watches. The staff are really friendly and helpful and you dont feel.under pressure when choosing what you would like. I would not shop anyehere else can highly recommend the Gold Shop
