Excellent service and lovely staff. 
A stone had come out of one of my pandora rings. The store did not hesitate in offering me a new ring as it was within it’s 2 year warranty. 

I had an accident in which my other pandora ring had been damaged which I asked for advise on how I could get it fixed as the accident was my own fault and not a fault with the ring. Once again the lovely staff had offered to straighten my ring (free of charge) as well as clean all my other pandora jewellery as this is also a FREE service they provide with their pandora products. 

I received all my new clean jewellery back within 48 hours. I think the staff and service is of excellent standard at the Halifax store and I will continue to buy the pandora brand.
