My expensive bracelet broke in half and fell right off on my wedding day, just hours after putting it on. I was horrified and utterly devastated. Won't shop here again. Such poor quality for items we spent hundreds to thousands of pounds on.

Bought a Tag Heuer Aquaracer from here. Very happy with the product but the service led something to be desired. The first assistant was very cocky and was more interested in telling us about his Casio than giving us correct details about the watch I wanted to buy (he clearly made some information up). I left the shop without buying. My wife persuaded me that if I liked the watch I should not be put off by the sales staff, returned and dealt with someone else who was more pleasant and knowledgeable. Bought the watch. When spending thousands on a watch you want to know the correct details.

my wife and I visited your shop today with a view to purchasing a TAGHeuer watch for myself we were met and greeted by a most pleasant young assistant whose name we found to be Shanley we would wish you to pass on to her our thanks and compliments for the manner in which she conducted herself in conducting the sale we felt she was very professional informative explanatory and I have to say patient in explaining the operating procedures of the watch of our choosing we feel that she is a valuable asset to your organisation and whilst I am delighted at my purchase both my wife and I were delighted to have been served by this young lady,
