Absolutely fantastic service!  Honest, helpful and reasonably priced. Owner went out of his way to ensure me and my partner left with exactly what we wanted. Would recommend a thousand times over!

We started out in the usual high street jeweler chains and found them to be rude, judgemental, uncompromising and over priced.
...Then we came here and it turned out to be the best service we could have hoped for - owner was so knowledgeable and encouraging of our tastes and went above and beyond to provide a service and final result that we left very happy customers. Absolutely a deserved 5 stars!!! 😀

Excellent service, I would never go anywhere else and am recommending to anyone wanting engagement or wedding rings.

My partner and I had visited every jeweller we could find in the Leeds Bradford area and were very frustrated at the rigid, condescending attitudes we found came with the high prices when we thought we would come in here just on on the off chance.

This was a fantastic decision as the owner really knows his stuff and was able to design and detail custom rings in exactly the style we wanted.
When he quoted the price for custom rings as being cheaper than most pre-designed we had seen and competitive with online I was pleasantly shocked.
His service was excellent and when it was time to get the wedding rings we came straight back.

Just been with my partner to try out wedding rings and the customer service was excellent.... the prices were reasonable. The guy who served us was very knowledgeable about what he was doing.. advised us on which shape of ring would be perfect for my fiance.she also got a free polish on her engagement ring... most of all we were comfortable... we spent about 45 minuets in the shop ... ☆☆☆☆☆
