I cannot speak highly enough of the service received from Franklyn's. My father's wedding ring of 68 years was digging into his swollen hand. Richard Franklyn came out to the care home and sorted it quickly, at short notice , without fuss and with great kindness and respect. A trip to A and E with a failing 93-year-old was avoided. Thank you.

My favourite jewellers by far. I have been using Franklyns for 10 years - they made our wedding rings, my eternity ring and a bespoke bracelet. I would happily recommend them to anyone. Fabulous after-sales service and fantastic staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff and make u feel welcome when u go in bought 2 nomination braclet’s and caharms for Christmas presents certainly recommend them.

Got to be my favourite jewellers. So much choice, with the option to have something made to your own design. The staff are so friendly and very knowledgeable, have never been disappointed with any of my purchases.
