Where do I start. I used to be a fundraiser several months back for different charities, and had to work outside the shop, and the owner used to hurl abuse at my colleagues and myself, and shout at us. Was able to have a calm, collected, civil conversation every now and then, but this was all just unnecessary, beware of the customer service here.
One of the best jewellers ever!!! Such amazing personal service and always make time for you. We have used them for various items and can't fault their service, knowledge and honesty. Their range is amazing and they will always source something if they don't have it in store. A fabulous family run business
My husband bought my engagement ring from Bradburys and the after service was fantastic as the ring was a little small, we also purchased our wedding rings from Bradburys too and again the service was amazing and felt very personal, nothing was too much trouble and they helped pick the perfect rings for us. I have also used the repair service for jewellery made elsewhere. I would highly recommend this jewellers and would give more than 5 stars if I could.
A fantastic jeweler, the only place we'd go! Have had engagement rings, wedding bands, necklaces, ear rings, watches. Have shopped in person and online, had next day delivery via Special Delivery without issues. Cannot recommend highly enough.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP!!!!!!! I have purchased a few pieces of jewellery from these people and when they think you are buying something there customer service is great but take something back and it’s a totally different story!!! I purchased a Micheal kors ring from her 7 days ago and it’s already broke I took it back today asked for a refund and they blank refused and said it was my fault and I had broke it and that they were a jewellers and not a insurance company how rude!!!! Great customer service NOT I am taking this to trading standards just a warning to all be very careful!! I will not shop there again!!!!
Fabulous jewellers run by a lovely couple. They helped me and my fiance pick my engagement ring and even altered it to exactly how I wanted it. The shop is beautiful and they offer a friendly professional service. I've been back and bought an Olivia Burton watch and will be going back for our wedding rings
Would definitely recommend this place! Very friendly and knowledgeable owners and service is outstanding! My partner bought my engagement ring there and few days ago we went back for our wedding rings! Not to mention we have also been recommended through our friends!
We bought my wedding band and had my engagement ring re-set by Bradburys, I also got my husband’s Armani watch from here. The service was excellent, my rings are stunning. The shop is right in the town centre so handy and they have items you can’t find anywhere else in town. Can’t recommend them enough, thanks Bradburys!
Fantastic shop with really helpful, caring staff. My first experience in the shop was buying something for my son's 18th birthday, there were lots of bracelets but I couldn't imagine them on a man's wrist until the boss came over and tried it on for me along with a few other pieces. Lots of wonderful items, "once you have been there you will always go back, again and again"
Fantastic jewellers. Helped my husband and I pick the perfect wedding rings for our special day. When I then lost my wedding ring they were amazing in getting me a replacement and helping me to sort the insurance. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
