I was bought a birthday present from here. It wasnt my thing so i went back in with the receipt and was told they didnt do refunds for "changed minds" (even though i didnt pick the present so i didnt change my mind) anyway i said that was fine and i would exchange for one of the chamilia charms i had seen and liked. The sales assistant then told me that they didnt have the one i wanted and would not order it in for me as when they order they have to order £200 pounds worth of charms. even when offering to order a £100 worth of charms they still refused to order in for me. I then asked if they would order it for me when they next ordered more charms and she replied saying they didnt know if they would be ordering more at any point. i think its disgraceful that if you buy a gift for someone they are then trapped into not being able to get a refund or exchange for the item they even want.
