Don't touch with a 10 foot pole. I bought a power drill from these guys online, it never turned up and tracking showed it was not signed for by me, presumably delivered to the wrong location. They refused to refund me, then gamed the dispute system to stop me leaving negative feedback. Will be getting a chargeback against them to get my money back.
seems very unprofessional. We gave iPhone 11 to them. He just look at the appearance then said 100 pounds. Not checking any other thing. Not even open iPhone to have a look. Like random price
Wanted to sell my Apple Watch so went here . The woman sat there holding the crown down not power button saying it’s dead . We pointed out how to turn it on . She looked it up and offered me £60 for a series 6 product red even CeX was offering 120 and we all know they’re a rip off . So £60 is an outright insult . Complete lack of knowledge and professionalism . Try elsewhere!
Sold me a faulty Xbox and in was in warranty so took it back and they said I had opened up the Xbox ?! To avoid repairing it or giving me a refund. Absolutely disgusting
Staff were super friendly, I was seen by Ceejay and Josh and they were both great! Upped the original price on something I was selling because they said they were taking a long time to do stuff, but they were really quick Friendly people and fair prices!
Just come back from the Nottingham branch after dealing with a guy behind the counter called Jamrick. Nice helpful guy who you can easily get on with. Gives you sound advice and knowledgeable while focusing on what he is doing.. First class service and a warm welcome. Would highly recommend..
BEWARE BUYING AND SELLING STOLEN GOODS. Reported to trading standards and the police after the shop manager revealed the prices they pay for high end bikes. One of those was my bike which was stolen from me and I managed to recover with the help of the police. The shop and the management team are happy to pay a couple of hundred pounds for bikes going into the thousands with no questions asked.
They advertise that they sell euro for 1.1150 instead they SCAM people to say that they don't have many euro left and they offer you HALF of the money meaning 0.86 for 1 euro! AVOID at all cost! Not recommended at all!
Shop manager Simon, basically robbed me of £180 due to selling me a phone that turned out to be faulty. I returned the phone under warranty then after the tech team assessing the phone told me they cant help replace the phone or fix it. There for leaving myself with a phone that doesn't work and less money in.my pocket. Will not be buying anything from here ever again and will also stop recommending friends and family.
5* Experience! I have now been using the Cash shop - Nottingham for just over a year and have always felt that the staff deal with me respectfully in a well mannered and understand way. Personally, I have used other pawnbrokers in the past, but not anymore due to me finding the Cash Shop who's service far exceeds all the others in the local area. If you are looking for good service, friendly and polite staff and environment where you can feel comfortable, the Cash Shop - Nottingham is the best place to go! Thank you cash shop for your continous and consistent 5* service!
