I would like to congratulate Kate and Mia on destroying my Father’s business barely 4 years after his death . Quite an achievement

We purchased my engagement ring here and were so impressed with the service and quality. Such a shame now closing as over the years my family and I have purchased many items from Kemp's.

I bought a piece a few years ago  it turned out not to be quite right, I required a refund was refused  , sadly I took action despite several attempts to rectify, it was initially a simple request, the item purchased at 775 I tried elsewhere couldn't get anything like, I had no option  the reason for the purchase as the recepient would have something of reasonable value,, although not alot of money that wasn't the case  it's the principle nearest offer was about 80.00, oh dear a lesson learned as they say

Just to warn people I think this store may have closed. I took a special trip from Loughborough to get here and it’s all closed up with a sale sign Above it. Extremely disappointed the information needs updating ASAP.
