Customer service was poor. Arrived mid afternoon and the store was not busy at all. Looks very swanky. Did a full lap looking at merch and the moved to the centre counter to do try on with the wife and make a purchase. Lots of staff milling round with trays...... lots. We got moved 3 times so customers who came after us could be shown items..... politely trying to catch someone's eye became a staredown. I thought I was doing something wrong, like I needed to take a number from a ticket machine that was hidden from us.
Terrible service from one member of staff, too busy looking in a mirror in the virtually empty shop to get us a price on an item, then proceeded to talk to us in a condescending manner. When we produced Pandora jewellery I had purchased from this very store previously, she questioned whether it was genuine! I've spent hundreds of pounds in Nottingham pandora, but I won't be spending any more. She needs training on how to deal with customers who are there to spend money.
Lovely experience exchanging a gift for a differnt size. Tracey went above and beyond making sure I was set and happy with my bracelet. So helpful and welcoming.
today I had a very bad experience with Pandora .. after only 3 days my bracelet changed color .. I went to the store in Nottingham and told them the problem .. the manager came and said that he could not change my bracelet because it has no damage, even though I had on the receipt that I could change the product in 14 days.. they didn't want to, and they told I'm sorry I bought from Pandora ..I will never buy again me to call the security to take me out of the store because there were many customers in the store and they couldn't see it.. the guard came .. I told them to call the police .. the guard came, the police also came and they still didn't want to change my bracelet .. so I'm going to throw it away .. I'm sorry I bought from Pandora ..I will never buy againy
Nice place for gifts, staff always friendly and willing to help, only downside is the wait in the queue over xmas period , store needs more staff, as this is quite annoying when u have limited time and prefer to view your items than buy them online etc,
I was appalled at the lack of customer care when I went into Pandora Nottingham Intu Centre yesterday. I bought this ring along with 5 others exactly the same with my mom and sisters in December last year. Mine is the only one that has had a stone fall out and has lost its colour. The shop assistant named Kat and the manager were extremely rude and offensive to myself, mom and sister. They did not once apologise and show care instead they said it’s because I am unclean. How rude. They continued to blame us and not show any resolve and support. Due to their rude and disrespectful customer service they have lost 5 customers. I would not recommend this store and sadly they represented Pandora as an insensitive and rude brand.
Love Pandora Got a member of staff that could not do enough to help. She was great. Got everything I went in for and more. Well worth a visit
Went in to the shop today to exchange one of my bracelets as to big only wanted to down size had the receipt and only 6 months old got told nothing they can do! Also wanted to change another bracelet again the same had the receipt only 6 months old it’s gone disgusting colour got told AGAIN nothing they can do! Very rude staff member named KAT was stood in the mirror doing her hair before she came over to serve! I was also going to purchase a number of items but because of the rude and unprofessional staff member I walked away! Have read the other reviews and can see KATS name has come up a few times don’t you think she needs to be gone!
Good shop with plenty of product and nice staff. Very helpful but didn't have what I was looking for. Maybe next time.
Staff very nice and helpful but the only down side was had to que 40 minutes to get in and serviced.
