worst travel agency HOLIDAY GEM.I

They promised to phone me for payments but I ended up phoning them to pay and they also stated that i had paid in full and recorded the call and had an email confirming that but they threatened 5 days before to cancel the holiday if I didnt pay more.

Very rude and abusive

shows you that anyone can work in the travel agency without any training

Shady and slimy telemarketing company. Global travel group represents themselves as WestJet and Airmiles.....horrible operator service, and have called me over a dozen times and after asking to be removed from their calling list, they hang up. The # on my call display shows up as a local call but when calling back, the # is no longer in service. SAVE youself a headache and tell them to go pound sand.
OH, and their toll free listed on their website is no longer in service to add to the shady-ness
