Ordered a taxi for 00:30; not arrived by 00:40 so go into the office and ask why; told that they are busy so it’ll be fifteen more minutes. Not acceptable seeing as I’m expected to pay full price even if the taxi is late. Fifteen mins pass so I go in again and demand to know why seeing as I did book the taxi two and a half hours earlier! They said “can’t you see we are busy?!” Not acceptable! I booked it two hours ago, not five mins ago! Tempted to just get the taxi and jump out without paying. No wonder the imbeciles only work in taxis and not anything more critical! Can clearly not organise themselves! They obviously book too many taxis for the time they actually have. Absolute con and I would always ring other services prior to considering these again
