We started our journey almost 2 hours late even though our pick up point was just 5 km away from starting point. We kept on calling driver and he said he will reach in 10 mins. Me along with my husband and kid was standing on road and waiting for the bus. Bus reached at 11 pm actual pick up time was 9.10pm. By the time bus was out of city it was 12.30 am which was hilarious. The bus driver stopped bus at 1.30 am for dinner and the restaurant was really bad with no food available of course at 1.30 am how can we expect food?? We thought that bus driver will cover the delay in night driving which generally most of the bus drivers do. So when we woke up in the morning 7am and checked Google map, it showed that Goa is still 350 km away which needs 7 hrs. Journey. Driver was driving very slow even on highway where roads were empty. Later we heard them saying that gears are not working properly. When we asked them to stop for morning refreshment, they kept saying that they will stop bus after 10 minutes. The bus was stopped for breakfast at 10am. We thought at least by 2 pm, we will reach Goa but alas, the type got punctured I cannot even say it as puncture, it was burst. the bus was in such a bad shape. The tires were changed and we started journey. But again due to gears issues, the bus was too slow and risky in Ghats. We reached our destination at 4.15 pm approx. 6 hours late, bus was supposed to reach Panjim at 10.30 am. It spoiled my whole day in my 4 days trip. The charging ports and TV was not working. There was no way to communicate family as mobiles were switched off. It was like we were sitting in a stupid box which was moving slow with no proper gearing systems. It was high risk.

The staff of the bus is only interested in taking passenger from road the bus is not maintained and it's was standing on the road for two hours then also the bus stopped on every corner of road to look for prospective passenger and then negotiation will start the bus is still not stooped for dinner even though it was 12.00 in the night The same was reported to there office but no improvement

If there was a zero out of 5 rating, i would rate then zero without a doubt. The new hkb tours and travels are pathetic in every sense. Be it there quality of service, bus condition, behaviour, punctuality... i travelled from Mumbai to hyderabad on september 29th, seat C4.. the bus condition was horrible with very poor seat condition, malfunctioned recliner, countless bugs and flies everywhere in the bus... Bus drivers were carefree and stopping everywhere delaying the departure from mumbai itself by and hour and a half.... picking up people just randomly to fill in the seats which is very concerning from a safety perspective.. and in the end the behaviour of the driver... i had fallen down horribly while having dinner and had sprained my ankle... when i requested the attendant to make me sit at the vaccant front seat A3... the driver misbehaved and was adamant that its his seat & he would not let anyone else sit... the attendant somehow managed him and made me sit at A3. But in the morning when the drivers were changed, the driver forced me out of the seat knowing my condition that i was not even able to walk... he said go where ever u want but i want this seat and even tried to forcably take my blanket away... he treated me as if i am some labour travelling in his bus.... a horrible experience which i would like to forget soon but i will definately never travel with HKB again as they are just bad.

Best & Very Economical Travel Operator  HKB is a very good travel agency.I have personally experience I travelled on HKB bus.  Wow the bus was very neat and people are polite to passengers.and the bus was on time to at boarding point.i will definitely travel in this bus next time

Third class Travel... At the tym of booking showing all departure places. But in reality they didn't cover all departure places. And departure tym also not covered. Travel reached 12 O'Clock at Hyderabad. And at the tym of bookings its fare is rs. 850. But tym of payment it will shows something went wrong then travel agency people called us and asked for booking. And fare also increases rs. 1300.

I travelled with my friend from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam. It is on time, Driver called 5 min prior to stop.They provide blanket. Chair is good to hold back, good space for legs.There is TV and they play movie in Telgu.AC is very noisy.

Well Maintained Bus ever seen to Bangalore. Irrespective of seasons/Festivals , they will always sell the tickets for same cost All other operators will charge thrice the price during festival times.  Every time on time arrival and departures.

HKB is one of the best travels.The best thing about it is the punctuality of the time ,the kind and co-operative behaviour of the service person  Driver & Cleaner. The service and the maintenance of the bus is excellent.  It would be better if there is a sleeper coach multi axel from Hyd-Mum  and  Mum-Hyd

One of my worst experience by  third class HKB TRavels . Bus no KA41A6666 , rude staff using abusive hyderabadi slang  language when asked about any issue .Ac is damaged, seats are not properly getting stretched. 3_4 hours delay in normal timings.please don't travel by HKB ,not even by mistake.
