I rang Conact Cars at 23.50hrs needing an urgent ride for my Daughter from domestic situation. Contact Cars were brilliant the car was there within 10 minutes. With txt messages telling me the staus of the ride. My daughter says the driver was lovely.

Minibus Mercedes Vito driver reg SP51 thinks it's appropriate to shout at cyclists telling them to get off the road onto path. Rude ignoramous who has no clue on highway code.

Contact drivers think it's appropriate to shout abuse at female cyclists and to intimidate them. Totally unacceptable

Just rang for a taxi for a friend and the attitude of the phone operator was absolutely disgusting!!. Asked for a taxi she said 'no sorry'. Your meant to be a taxi firm!!. Never had problems with the drivers but the phone operator absolutely shocking customer communication.
