Very lovely setting with most obliging staff. Super comfy bed and bath with charming decor. It is in its soft opening now but will only go from strength to strength. Sublime boiled eggs and toast!

Delightful staff and top quality food. Main house is a bit too stuffy and unwelcoming for my taste though. Will definitely be visiting the garden house again.

A fabulous location with attentive servers. The food was very warm. The restaurant itself was overpopulated with middle aged men in white shirts and flared jeans. When the bill came I cried, because it was all over.

This place is close to Leatherhead and the M25 but feels like an escape into the depths of the countryside and into a very relaxing country house. The interior is welcoming and comfortable and the service is friendly but efficient. The menu might sound simple but the food is imaginatively cooked to a very high standard with excellent, often local, produce. Save room for some very fine puddings. There's a well-chosen wine list too.

The food is good but not amazing and if you are into fine dining where you go to bed hungry then this is for you but I have had far better meals for half the money, though, sadly, not in England. Friendly service, not stuffy, so you can relax.
