Horrible customer service. First off, when I went in there was about three women have a social hour behind the counter. When I asked for shoes in a specific size, they acted as though I inconvenienced them and interrupted the conversation they were having about going out the past weekend. I sat down to try on the boot they gave me back, because god knows they couldn't have gotten a pair from the back. And the old witch chattering on shouts at me that I'm putting it on the wrong foot in front of the ENTIRE store. Then she continues to turn to her coworkers and said "She's gonna look like a bloody penguin waddling around with only one boot on." Long story short, never going back. Nice shoes, nasty people.
