Had the grand pleasure of visiting this shop yesterday. Came into the store to purchase some brogues. Tried one shoe on and asked to see if I could have them, girl went behind the shop to ‘find the 2nd shoe’ and said no problem I’ll leave them behind the till. Gave it 5 minutes and returned to the till and the women behind the till said they hadn’t arrived yet. I then left the shop and went directly across the across the store to a jewellery shop to kill some time whilst they ‘source’ the shoes. Returned 10 minutes later and asked behind the till if my shoes had made it yet. Still no joy, a young lad that worked there tried to help so went on a goose chase around all the members of staff to find who originally went to source my shoes at the back of the store. Couldn’t find this person so sat down yet again whilst the young lad went to look at the back, described the shoes to him to see if he could find the shoes. There was no joy, we decided to just leave the store as it was getting behond the joke, as we were leaving the store a different person who I orginallly spoke to regarding the shoes came to me and said they couldn’t find the other shoe. It was an absolute shambles of a place, the store was extremely messy with shoes, boots all over the place. Won’t ever use this store again.

Good little shoe shop, very neat and tidy staff seemed somewhat overwhelmed but that might just have been the time of day
