A* staff. Very knowledgeable about children's feet/shoes. Never been disappointed. Happy to check feet/shoes without purchase. My go to place for children's shoes.

It's good but not wide range of variety

Ref: Clarks Eldon Square.
Looking to give them custom and go to the store - no signage - just CLOSED. Go to the website for more information perhaps about when it will be open again. No info. Only CLOSED in red. Pretty unprofessional to say the least.

They've refurbished the shop, and it's so, so much better. Seems to be displaying a greater range of children's shoes now and staff are still very helpful.

I usually find Clarks shoe shops have good staff but the Eldon Square branch is the exception. I assume that the reason is low wages and poor training.
I'll never shop there again. I would complain personally to the store, which I have never done before to any business, but I doubt that they would care as the prime location of the shop will ensure their business is successful in spite of the staff.
Apologies to any members of the team who don't fit that general mould.
