Outstanding customer service at the Newcastle branch and great selection of lines and colours. 

Super comfortable shoes for all the family and any need - from walking to running, from a city break to a beach holiday.

After having two days of problems trying to order the Sketchers website I phoned up the Eldon Square, Newcastle branch and a very pleasant young lady called Grace said she would reserve the shoes I wanted. I arrived the next day and met Grace in person who then supplied my requested shoes in a very polite and welcoming way. I have long been a fan of Sketchers but did not know there was a shop in Newcastle which is considerably nearer and has a much better range of shoes than the outlet shop in York where I usually go. Add that to the excellent service provided buy Grace and you will understand that this is my new favorite destination for shoes.
