Went in to buy some laces for my New Balance 574 trainers 
Spoke to a very helpful assistant who said I could have a rummage through a big box of spares to see if any were suitable 
Found a pair and offered to pay but was told no charge
Didn't get the guys name but remembered his huge collection of  tattoos

I'd recommend avoiding a Wednesday in this Schuh, because this is the day Paul works. I'm afraid I cannot tell you what other days he is on duty. I can however warn you that Paul came across as rather self righteous and rude when serving me and my friend. I will no longer be attending this Schuh store, in the fear that Paul is working. Whilst he ruined my Schuh experience, I would like to say that this is not an accurate representation of the company itself and would advise you to find a different schuh store if you would like a more friendly customer service.

Underrated place, although it's not big is good and the staff are great.  Got a great deal on some Dr martens so very happy.

The girl serving me seemed distracted and served another woman whilst serving me making me wait then proceeded to talk to other members of staff. Will defo not return here but will go to metrocentre shop as staff much more helpful
