Unfortunately I have not had a great experience with this store which is a shame cause I once considered myself a loyal Footlocker shopper. 

I was sent an item from this store, to be specific it was Air Jordan's retro 11's in White and University blue. However I was only sent the left shoe they seem to of omitted to send the right shoe which is really upsetting as a loyal customer as I was looking forward to wearing these shoes for an event. I tried to get this rectified by phoning the store however the gentlemen who I spoke to seemed like he wanted to help but it was evident he did not have the valid authorisation. 

My ideal resolution would have been to simply send out the missing right shoe on an expediated delievery so I can enjoy my purchase, however it seemed that was too much to ask. 

Unfortunately I won't be shopping in Footlocker again and I will be letting my family and friends know that Footlocker do not value their customers

Shop and staff were utter disgusting. Paid 100.00 for trainers on 20th August 2015 stitching came away on upper part of trainer. Staff were very ubrupt  and even said we'll how does that affect the trainer. The answer is it doesn't but when paying 100.00 for trainers you dont expect stitching to go after 3 day. Then to come into store and have utter disrepectful staff. Never again will I shop at foot locker.

Shop full of liars, unhelpful and rude staff. Expensive and rip off merchants, AVOID
