Terrible post office. Their system is not clear, very unhelpful, customer service awful. Very long queues.

Staff are really helpful, the self service machines are very difficult to use hence the queue moves very slowly, better to use the counter staff who make sure you get what you want!

Great post office with a full range of services - will even take the photo for your passport / driving license. Staff are helpful as the whole process can be a bit confusing - but a place to avoid at busy peak times. Can be a nightmare. The self service machines can be a pain too - but generally it’s bigger and better than most post offices you’ll find with all the services you’d need.
