Don't bother! The queues at lunchtime are horrendous - they never have sufficient staff on (and I've been visiting this branch for years so you think they'd learn by now. In fact they have fewer tellers than they had before!). They try and pass 'non-cash transactions' on to people in the office but you can be waiting in an open-ended queue for 20+mins for that 'service'. Why bother advertising for new business when you can't even deal with the current customers?

As an Santander Select Customer I have tried to contact my relationship manager by e mail and phone. The e mail has not gone through and the phone number for her is not obtainable. I went to your website to get the branch number and phoned it as displayed only to find it has changed to an 0800 number. I spoke to someone in Leicester who could not get through to the branch for me, could not find the relationship manager I had. she could give me the name of the new relationship manger but no phone number! A few things....... Has my relationship manager left? If so why wasn't I informed? If your number on the website has changed why don't you update the website? Not that impressed after having the same account for 39 years.

When I went there on Saturday it was nice and quiet and staff were friendly and I was out there in less than a minute

I have been to this branch of Santander many times,and have always found it to be very pleasant. It is very clean and modern with helpful staff.
