Rude staff, got refused a bank card, then refused to withdraw my money without a bank card, then received a lecture from the manager for not paying in enough money (i'm sorry i'm not rich but i have money coming in) then they gave me my money anyway so it was all nonsense . Like they're prevaricating to try and hold onto your money. Disorganised, like a weird bureaucratic inefficient joke. They act like they're doing you the favour - closing down my bank with them, you should do the same / not open one with them .

It’s a bank... but this isn’t a bad branch. The staff are as helpful as they can be and there are a number of automated ATM machines with which you can also deposit which speeds up your visit. No one likes going to the bank but you can get in and out pretty quickly.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, ESPECIALLY FROM A DARK HAIRED LADY, CURVY AND WITH TANNED SKIN. I COULD NOT REMEMBER HER NAME, AND SHE IS LUCKY AS I DO WANT TO WRITE A FORMAL COMPLAINT.
SHE IS BEEN VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT TO ME, MADE ME LEAVE SO DISAPPOINTED THAT I STEPPED INTO HSBC TO SEE IF THEY COULD HELP. THEY TOLD ME I SHOULD FIRST CLOSE MY LLOYDS ACCOUNT AND THEN PASS TO THEM. I HAVENT DONE IT ONLY BECAUSE I WAS TIRED AND DID NOT HAVE TIME FOR THAT. WHAT I WANTED TO KNOW WAS ABOUT OPENING SAVING ACCOUNTS. SHE WAS LOOKING AT ME LIKE "OK WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE THEN" NOT EVEN EXPLAINING WHAT THE CHOICES WERE, OR HOW IT WORKS, MORE HELPFUL THE WEBSITE THAN YOU GETTING PAID FOR YOUR JOB. RUDE AND ANNOYING WOMAN. HOPE THEY CAN REVIEW THE STUFF IN THERE. THE GIRLS AT THE DOOR WAS NICE THOUGH.
