Authentic English pub vibes. Popped in for a Coke as I remember? In advance of my meeting at Nexus adjacent. Relaxed playing pool & listening to the jukebox!

This place does a great beer called Fenton larger or as everyone calls it, Dog Beer. They also do Fenton bitters or as the locals say, Bitter Dog. Very cheap and a lot of fun.

cheap beer near university. Not sure if it's as cheap as Angel's, but it is better quality overall. Can get packed as it is as expected a student hangout.

First visit to this pub. It was CAMRA Cider pub of the year 2018. Nice selection of ciders to choose from

Sermed full but we were in strawbs bar next door. I was asked to review the fenton, however to clarify it was so busy we couldn't get it.

Nice place , plenty of space and lovely staff
