Easy for shopping never too busy
It's old and they arent allowed to change the decor, which makes it cool. Staff are friendly and people generally mind their business. It's also conveniently located, plus you can bring and eat your own food there... no fuss
Beer is just disgusting. Got no idea on how to sell a pint of real ale. Staff have no idea. Could not even be bothered to talk to staff about the pint. Spend the extra and go to the east India arms. Far better place.
Oh dear god, its like a waiting room for hedes
Alcohol while you wait for trains. What more could you want?
Nice staff, no toilets
Good for a quick pint while waiting for a train and if you have a bite card it gives you 10% of a pint or a round and the bar staff are friendly.
This place was closed on a Saturday at 11 and was still closed at 12 and ruined our monopoly bar crawl as no other pubs were open until midday. This place obviously does not want any business
Horrible place, bad service and poorly stocked .
