Come here quite often. Always great food. Decent selection of lagers and ales. Scotch eggs and sausage rolls are awesome!! To place to eat!!
Ale selection = good. Skin on chips = really good.
Stopped in with friends to grab drink with friends.
The old tea House has a good choice of beers and there are all well kept. There is some covered outdoor space in the courtyard with heaters for those that like to be outside or smoke. There is also a Darts club downstairs. Even when the pub is crowded, the service is reasonably quick and always friendly.
pleasant pub, albeit a bit hard to find. between two buildings and easy to miss. seating inside or small outside patio. staff the afternoon we were there was great. would go back for a pint next time in London.
Great beer and great food. Preferred it when there was a pool table downstairs rather than darts, but a great place
