I ordered one nice sofa worth £6000.00 and they delivered wrong pieces and advise us wrongly. And I call their shop one lady pick up the phone and she told me to send e- mail. I done it, but no replay. So went to their shop the store manager his name is Imran Ikarm, he said he don’t know anything. He don’t know about the mail I send. And he saying us to leave the shop as well. Bad customer service. And we lost our money. They are not eligible for one star as well. Bad shop I met ever.

Waiting to pounce as soon as you walk in. In store for 5 mins and approached three times. Then to top it all off one cocky salesman suggested we may be looking for him rather than a sofa. Even when I asked to be left alone he still carried on talking. Took myself of to DFS and had some professional service.

Ordered carpet for fitting. Waited in on the day. When I rang store told carpet wouldn't be in for 3-5 days and couldn't be fitted until a week later. No response to complaints to either local store or head office. Customer service is a joke! New settee and carpets definitely being bought elsewhere.

Purchased a three piece suite 6 weeks ago, the staff were very efficient and friendly, it was delivered today on time and I'm absolutely thrilled with it...well done Scs!!!.

Cant even give one star what a poor company to deal with, ordered a new settee and 2 arm chairs at the beginning of September they turn up with it 8 days ago with the wrong settee and the wrong chairs, they left the settee and took the chairs away, so for 5 people in my house 2 have to sit on the floor. After waiting in all day, just over 12 hour time slot which is absolutely ridiculous, it was all wrong, So next morning rang the shop to complain they really didn't care, after some heated words they asked us to take photos so we did this, and emailed them straight away, to find out 5 days later they still hadn't looked at the photos. We finally got hold the manager to try sort the total cock up, he then asked us to send photos we told that we had sent them, he then checked and didn't realise they had been sent, really poor communication between their staff who kept saying they would ring us back but they never did, we had to do all the calling, such poor customer service they took £3000 easy enough. We have now been told we have to wait another 8 weeks for the right settee, we received the chairs the other day which turned up a day late as the driver ran out of driving hours so it was another waste of time waiting in for a day and they didnt turn up. I would never ever use Scs again the worst company I've ever dealt with.
