Booked Dharma lodge for my 18th birthday, arrived to the reception and a sign said call this number we attempted to call the number numerous times to check in with no joy. At this point we had been waiting for 30 mins and were already now late for our reservation for dinner! Eventually a lady walked in with no apology and denied that we had tried making contact to check in basically calling us liars she was rude and abrupt and was threatening to charge us for the hotel after we had told her we no longer wanted the room as we had booked another hotel to avoid further delay. She was loud rude and not accepting of their own mistakes she would not delete our bank details from the screen, if we do get charged we will be taking it further, DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good venue for small gathering. Parking limited. Toilet/wasroom facilities poor. Stage excellent Ventilation poor Main entrance blocked by cars, should allow space for people entering and leaving. My family and I had a wonderful time at this private party. We do recommend this venue for small family gathering

If I can give this hotel -5*, I will. Pathetic service. we booked a room online for £5 (i know- great value as it seems). we got to the hotel for aroun 10pm- with 2 kids. I can see on the guy's system the charge for the room clearly said £5 for the total stay. The man pretended to 'overlook' it and opened up a different system and tried to charge us £79.99. we tried explaining that's not what the booking charge was and he mocked us saying- someone played a joke on you. NO DON'T think so- I booked it through Trip advisor 9which then forwarded us to Laterooms). He refused to let us stay for anything less than what he wanted. No aopology, no other solutions- just a disgusting service. With two kids, we werent able to find any other accomodations last minute around the area and had to drive back 3.5 hours to get home. Absolutely fuming. I will definitely be taking it up with Tripadvisor and Late rooms.

Beauty rooms ,extremely high price to quality factor extremely well educated staff....i suggest this structure without any doubt......cheap and beauty
