The hotel itself is satisfactory. It has amenities you need for business stay. What allows me to give it 5 stars is its staff. They were very accommodating and helpful when it came to issues with my reservation and payment. I had lost my wallet prior to stay and they worked closely with Amex to make sure my account was taken care of so I could check out and secure a taxi to catch my flight home. They made things easy for me. Will stay there again.

Great service from all the hotel staff. The suite was immaculate, the bar next to the function room was well stocked and the banqueting suite nicely laid out.

The hotel is very tired, especially the bedrooms. It really needs an update and a refresh. Other than that the rooms are spacious with a good shower and all required amenities. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help.

Excellent Christmas Party Night! Very welcoming with a welcoming drink on arrival, which was a really nice touch. Good food, half a bottle of wine per person. Great DJ's-we danced all night. Back again next year!

Very very beautiful property. Has the feel of a country club. Very restful place and easy to get to downtown London.
