Unbelievably helpful. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone today on his day off and he took the time to explain to me how to adjust my derailleur myself - he also advised if I couldn't do it I could bring it to him the next day as he was open! Top guy and very friendly

I visited the shop today and the gentleman was extremely helpful. He was more than happy to advise and to guide on many aspects of mountain biking, and biking in general. When I am in the area again I will be there 100%. Thanks for your time.
Excellent service, value and advice. I’ve seen a negative review about the owner not getting up from his seat. My observation was that the very knowledgeable and helpful gentleman is disabled. An excellent local business

Ash the owner and his wife are first class for treating you as customer, they never try to over sell a bike but give you unbiased advice, excellent family bike shop.
Humble people selling bikes and can service your bike. The owner Ash is amazingly knowledgeable on bike, having had his own racing team and own brand.
