Absolute legend of a guy. Massive amount of info to ensure I got the right equipment I needed and fitted correctly. Above and beyond and so much more. I would highly recommend anyone from anywhere using this shop. Kept in contact throughout my process as ordered the bike online, gave me feedback on updates etc. Peace of mind every step of the way.
Took my sons bike in to be serviced - found everything first rate, from the point where I dropped the bike off through to it being collected at the end of day. Marc was professional, listened to what I needed doing and made some recommendations. The bike has come back in excellent condition and my son took it for a quick test ride - he’s very pleased with it. From my perspective great value for money as well!
Absolutely brilliant customer service. I had a problem with my rear brakes that was causing my tyres to burst and I was leaving lands end the following day. They sorted me out so quickly and efficiently, fitting a tyre that didn't puncture on the entire 1000 mile journey. Couldn't recommend more highly!
Fantastic bike shop! I was visiting for a couple of weeks and had a lot of trouble with my derailleur. They were patient and happy to help every time I visited. They were also very honest and never tried to 'mansplain' anything or up-sell something that wasn't necessary.
When I set off for a bike tour from Exeter to Land's End with my friend, I noticed that the tire of my bike was flat. It was like a nightmare. I researched and went to this shop and he helped us, inflated the tire and checked my bike as well. It saved the life of our trip. He was sincere enough to say 'don't be silly' when I offered a fee. thank you sir :
As a regular customer at The Cycle Centre over the past few years, I am always very impressed with their friendly & efficient service. Yesterday I took my bike in, as it seemed that both tyres had been deliberately punctured, requesting two new inner tubes. An hour later, I went back to collect the bike, and they had found that there were no punctures, just some pranksters had deliberately deflated the tyres. They had pumped up the tyres, and didn't charge me. That's what I call good service!
Excellent service. While on holiday we had a problem with a gear cable on our tandem. We called into the cycle centre without an appointment as we were cycling through Penzance. Fixed it while we waited.Highly recommended. Thank you
Brilliant service! We were on holiday and the chain started jumping on my Haibike. They straightened the derailleur hanger at an extremely reasonable cost. Very helpful and friendly.
Absolutely fantastic we were in PZ on holiday and I damaged some spokes on the rear wheel. I took it into the shop and they had it fixed in a couple of hours. And at a great price too. I couldn’t recommend highly enough
Helped me greatly late on a Friday afternoon before a bank holiday weekend, when my bike had been badly damaged at the start of a trip. I was able to collect my bike an hour later after they had repaired significant damage and continue my holiday.
