Great store tue the clothes and great staff can't do enough for you!!
Lots of choice, really friendly service, great shop. No long queues either
We popped into this store today with our young child. Whilst we was in the store the music was playing quite loud, which isn’t a problem...until the music that is being played contains explicit words. We was not impressed at all. I approached the staff at the checkout desk where they were happily dancing to the music to express my concern of the lyrics coming from the track. The store clerk I spoke to then proceeded to tilt her head so that she could listen to the music and then said to me ok we will look into that ???? Now the correct response to my concern would have been I’m awfully sorry about that I will get the music changed and checked immediately. All the staff in the shop were young early college age so they enjoyed what was being played and after I had raised my concern and walked off the staff was then seen laughing amongst each other which was witnessed by my partner. I would never step foot in that shop ever again and I would advise people with young children to avoid. I will be making a complaint direct to Superdry head office.
A large store that has a lot of selection of products. The quality of clothes from Superdry is always great.
Can't try items on sizes come up quite small.
Great clothes, decent size store considering the location in St Ives. Staff very friendly and helpful
Social Distancing measures some of the best I've seen and great bargains available
Disappointed to have rushed there on the last afternoon of our holiday to find locked doors at 4.55pm, despite the published closing hours being 5.30pm.
Friendly staff and some good end of season offers.
