Absolutely amazing service, I managed to drop my bank card in this shop, not realising I had done this, I refollow my steps, after 30 mins I gave up then the shop assistant was walking towards me with my card, he said he’s been looking for me for ages, I was so glad he found me, I forgot to get his name but what an amazing man and first class customer service
Woman there was lovely and very helpful, helped me find a pair of joggers and was also very friendly and made my day
Excellent friendly customer service from a bearded chap it’s only looks like a small shop but is a bit of a tardis good range of both adults and children’s clothing at reasonable prices unlike other surf stores note not disabled access friendly but that’s the same of most St Ives stores
Absolutely shocking service with this store today. Two members of staff sat behind the counter chatting and playing on their phones. Don't think they even noticed me until I was walking out. Rethink your customer service skills Saltrock!
Really good quality store. The shop offers good quality products mostly t-shirts/jumpers for a reasonable price. The staff member that was here was really friendly, also.
