Knowledgeable and friendly. Took my bike if for a service before undertaking a longish tour. The guys were great, left it for a week and collected on time all ready. All told came in at under £40 for service. Gave advice on tyres and other bits that could be done, but no pressure to buy anything else. Would recommend. Only down side for me is no parking (double yellow lines outside) so have to park and push bike, but that's a fairly small concern! Thanks for the great service.

Staff are friendly, patient and give good face to face service.... But! A brand new bike with cracks on both tyre walls? Scratched paint? Exploding inner tubes? After returning the bike for repair and service a brake block is toed in enough to constantly rub the wheel. Brake tightens on the levers are not done up correctly. One wheel nut is over tightened to the point I can't undo it. Tabs on tab washers to hold wheels on bent due to overtightening. I'm starting to wish that even with their good nature we'd gone elsewhere. **Edit** And now the chain comes off when certain gears are selected! Does it ever end??

Having bought a number of new bikes here over the last few years (thanks to bike thieves), I wouldn't go anywhere else. Good honest advice, good prices, bikes set up properly on purchase, free first service, maintenance is done correctly, and the range of accessories in the shop is awesome. Will never go online when I have proper local shops like this nearby.
