Fantastic service. Needed a new chain and cassette on my bike, which is my daily commuter. They did it there and then and even let me test it out before paying. Great service from Stephen.
While cycling around St. Ives with the wife this week my front disc brake stopped working so popped into Richardson's Cycles. Both members of staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and had the repair sorted with new front pads in less than an hour. They also tightened my chain and the wife's bike chain at the same time. The cost only £20,very very reasonable. Thanks once again Gary Chappell

Had a slow puncture on a tubeless tyre yesterday and decided to drop in at the shop on the ride. Kevin and David were working and were both incredibly helpful. Kevin dropped everything and within 45 minutes had replaced the valve, tape and topped up sealant. price was very reasonable but it was the service and positive attitude that stood out. great job thanks Kevin!
I just wanted to say thank you so much to Kevin who recently helped me choose a new bike. I took my old one along to see if it was worth repairing & he listened carefully whilst I explained what I use it for now & how I want to use my bike going forward. He didn’t put any pressure on me to buy a new one but we both realised realised from what I’d said that it was probably time. He found the perfect fit for me & made adjustments & fitted accessories so that I was able to collect it the same day, even considering that I’d probably want to get home before it got dark. I also appreciated it when he said not to be afraid to ask any questions even if I thought they might sound silly. He made me feel comfortable & relaxed & went above & beyond to make sure that I felt happy riding it away, altering the saddle position & height a few times until I felt safe. As he said I’ll be whizzing around on it by the time it’s due its first free service in a few weeks. See you then!
Keep getting a flat tyre 8 times in last 12 months keep getting it fixed and it keeps getting flat again, last Saturday it was fixed new inner tube and wheel then 4 days later it was flat again, got promised help and that he kev I think his name was would personally stop and help get it fixed as this is getting ridiculous. Then when I get there I was then told by a different person it's not their fault if I get a flat tyre and that I would need to pay for it to be sorted. Definitely not going back again if it's flat again.
Visited today, I needed accessories for my new bike, Kevin was very helpful and gave me some great advice. I highly recommend this shop.
I walked into the shop as I needed my Mountain bike bikes brakes repaired. I was dealt with 3 people over the dropping and picking the bike. All of them were very helpful and Kevin who did the final work when I picked up the bike did a great job and was nice enough to warn me be careful with the brakes. :
