New patient appointment. Really lovely staff on reception and dentist superb. Long time since my last appointment but I was put at ease and felt comfortable throughout. Would highly recommend if, like me, you have been putting off a dentist appointment for years.

My first appointment today and found everyone to be really welcoming and friendly, the appointment was excellent, all of the stages were explained fully and felt very reassured at all times.

Sophie on reception who is new is brilliant, friendly and went over and above to contact me to offer me a hygienist appt same day after my checkup, as I no longer live in Staffordshire!

I had my very first appointment today,I had a decayed tooth removed,also moulds taken,to be used to build my dentures. I'm a 54yr old Man who's terrified of the Dentist so on the way to my appointment you can guess I was really apprehensive. I explained that I was nervous and phobic of the Dentist. To my relief, the dental nurses, reception and the Dentist himself were Very Very kind,sympathetic, understanding and patient and I felt at ease really quickly.nI would like to take this opportunity to thank the kind Dentist,nurses and reception staff for making my visit to them a pleasant one. I'll be attending regularly, thank you all.
