Stayed 4 nights late February/early March 2023. An older Premier Inn but still good quality rooms well maintained, clean and tidy as I have come to expect at Premier Inns. All the reception staff I met were very friendly, helpful and efficient. I did have a problem with the heating on my first night but this was quickly dealt with when it was brought to the staff's attention.
Premier Inns are pretty much the same wherever you go but what makes a difference is the customer service you receive. We arrived late in the evening as we were travelling. Dejay was on reception. He quickly booked in and was extremely helpful and friendly. Anne was equally so in the morning and had time to have some polite chit chat with us before we went on our way. Makes all the difference.
Stayed here for one night, found the room very nice, was in good condition. The bed was super comfortable and the staff were friendly. Free parking available. Would definitely stay again if visiting in that area up north.Rooms: 5/5
Although not the most up to date Premier Inn, this was more than made up for by the fantastic staff. Not only did they look after my elderly mother with care and attention, they also sent back my wedding ring which I had lost in the room with no fuss. Sadly I didn't catch the name of either of the reception team of either the evening of Thu 8th or the morning of Fri 8th, but if my best wishes could be sent to them it would be most appreciated.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean with a big, comfy bed. 2nd time I've stayed here and will again in the future.Rooms: 4/5
Lovely staff, but rooms are a little dated, and the wifi speed was awful! Make sure you book a time for breakfast early in the pub as this isn't well advertised, and you could end up either with a really early or really late slot.Rooms: 3/5
Spotless clean view and staff were so friendly and accommodating. Was a leisure stay but would definitely stay here again
Staff were fantastic especially Tam who spoke to our kids everyday about what they had done or were going to do. Rooms were clean staff were great. Only reason i didnt give a 5 star was its very outdated and needs a total overhaul.Rooms: 4/5
Friendly and very professional staff throughout our family stay! Had a personalised letter in the room notifying us of our cleaners name and thanking us for our visit. The room was spotless! Money well spent and we look forward to our next stay. Thank you Premier Inn staff for all you did!Rooms: 4/5
Really lovely staff so very welcoming and happy. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Had to go next door to pub for breakfast which was nice but I think some would be put off by this, cooked breakfast and continental you won't go hungry and kids eat free which is a bonus to. Rooms are warm but a fan is also provided in the room which is handy.
