Wow this was good! Some of the best fish and chips ever. Really can't say much more but it was by far the nicest piece of cod in the most incredible light crispy batter that I've ever had. Huge portion of onion rings for the price and a large chips will easily fill 4 normal people or 2 greedy people lol.Food: 5/5

Always top quality,  cooked to order. Staff are very friendly, good atmosphere. Excellent value for money.  It's definitely my favourite and judging by how busy they always are, so do plenty of others.Food: 5/5

This place is absolutely recommended to anyone who love fish and massive portions. I bought 2 large GF cod and 1 large portion of chips fed 3 adults and still left with another plates worth. The staff are absolutely amazing a massive thankyou to hayley and her amazing family.  Dietary restrictions: They always serve gluten free menus every 1st Tuesday of each month.

As in some of the other comments on Google it's on the pricey side and I would rate the fish and chips 7/10 with the batter dough and soggy in some places under the crispy outer which isn't my preference. No grease proof paper under either sets of chips neither the fish so the boxes become soggy with the fat so you need a carrier bag and I think they charge if you don't have your own to get grease in the inside.

I have had pleasant experience having their chicken burgers but this time it was not very great getting the fully oil soake flaky onion rings. I hope the service can be improved in this area.

Our regular chippy. Food is always superb. Tonight's takeaway was missing the curry sauce, though. That's the first time anything has been missing, but my husband was disappointed.Food: 5/5

Place was jiving at 5 in the evening. People lined up to order and to grab their phone orders.  Despite the busy flow, the service was a delight and the food was timely and cooked to order - there wasn't a mountain of fish sitting under the heat lamp.  The prices were great, portions large, and the food was top notch - the strawberry shake I got was delicious too!  Brilliant chippy :

First time getting good here - always a little apprehensive when trying a new place. Probably the cleanest chippy I’ve ever been in served by a super smiley, friendly lady. Food was very quick although I’m happy to wait and there were many orders ahead. The batter was super! Crunchy, crispy, not greasy and surprisingly light for chippy batter. Chips were good too! Decent priced and a good meal. Definitely will be back!
