Caveat: I am an American traveler who wanted to have English takeaway curry to complete the UK experience so I have no basis to make comparative analysis. That said I have had authentic curries in New York and Philadelphia where Indian and Pakistani expats usually get their usual grubs. Everything at the Curry Leaf was too sweet. From yogurt sauce to korma curry was so sweet that I thought I was eating a dessert dish. It was so sweet my teeth hurts just thinking about it. The underlying spices are there to be noticed only sugary sludge was not paralyzing rest of my taste buds. That said the counter person was friendly, food prompt, and price reasonable.

I've been ordering from here for years think they are great. The Student Meal is such good quality and really well priced.

Food hygiene of one. Shame as there food Is nice but won't eat there again until they buck there ideas up.
