Just to give my experience that's opposite to poor phone conversation already reputed

they were very polite and informative during my phone call.

We received a Very Warm welcome from Ron the proprietor after travelling up from Torquay. There was  just the 2 of us but We had the whole use of the top floor ( family room, kitchen , double room with en-suite) for £25 per person per night. We stayed 2 nights as we were visiting family nearby. The breakfast was excellent and Ron's staff were really friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble! The Guest house is not the most modern but their warm welcome and great hospitality exceeds other fancy B & B's.
