Nice atmosphere and the staff are lovely but the room was like being back in the 70's and I think £9 for a breakfast is to much. The main reason I give such a low rating was that the room was red hot, no AC and with the windows open the sound of the seagulls was overpowering. Didn't get much sleep.

A friendly seafront b and b with a bar. They go out of their way to provide breakfast options for all their guests, including vegan and gluten free. No evening meals. Bedrooms are beach themed, with good basic facilities.

my daughter and l received very warm welcome free wifi and if you wanted to smoke you can just go outside sit at the tables the area this hotel is based extremely close to the sea, there are amusements plus lots of shops just 6mins away also lots of cafes .It is really quiet which l loved as l get London traffic when home , the room was clean and very comfy l would stay here again and recommend to friends
