Perfect location when staying in Rhyl - right on the seafront, a stones throw from the main attractions.nParking was quite straightforward after we found it it’s further down the road and shares a car park with the restaurant.nThe reception hostess was very friendly and accommodating, which was a lovely welcome. The room itself was lovely, exact as you’d expect a Premier Inn.nOur only main negative was that the room was VERY hot, and there was no opening window. The air con only went as cold as 19.5°, which wasn’t nearly cool enough with the external humidity and heat. We would’ve had a very nice view of the seafront, however the window was caked in bird poo, so we couldn’t actually see out.
Stayed in a family room 215, room had a sea view which the kids loved. The lady on reception was lovely, friendly and very helpful. Food was nice, service was a bit slow. Breakfast had lots of choice, the kids loved the pancakes and Nutella. Good location, just a shame the SC2 is closed for swimming.
Stayed recently at this premier inn, was very taken back by how kind and helpful all the staff were, the hotel was clean, the food was nice and was a great price for what we wanted. The rooms were clean and stocked with all your essentials, we made a few requests at reception that were dealt with straight away and the staff were not bothered by it at all. All staff on reception/restaurant/cleaning staff were approachable and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. They made our short trip most relaxed. Huge thank you to management and staff. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Quad room was perfect lovely.nThe remote control was dirty.nStaff very welcoming and helpful.nKeep up the covid cleans on remotes and switchesnLoved that no extra cushions were on the beds as the covers in all these hotels are not cleaned each time like pillow cases. Well done.nI think if you can only offer a quad for single people the price should reflect £93 was way too much
If you are planning to stay for more than a night, it’s better to stay away from the hotel.nnThe basic requirement is that we expect clean rooms and cleaning service. It was absent in this hotel. Even after repeated requests they never cleaned the room or topped up with toilet rolls, soap or clean towels. We had to go to reception and get it cleaned.nnThe staff at the reception were receptive and kind. I am not sure which process is broken there. This is my worst experience with Premier inn and will never choose/recommend to anyone.
