Have had some really good meals. Steak, fish and chips etc. Slightly disappointed with the roast as was served roasted from frozen potatoes and Yorkshire pudding. For £18 would expect better.
This was a lovely place for us and our dog to come for an evening meal. Everywhere very clean, lovely hot food and the staff very friendly. Sadly as we were leaving, a dog from another table ran over and attacked ours which obviously is only the fault of the dogs owners who failed to have control of their dog.nnHighly recommended but please keep hold of your dogs leads in dog friendly pubs!
Had a lovely Sunday lunch out here. We had a beef dinner and turkey dinner. Also had a apple pie with custard.
Stopped here for a roast and it really didn’t disappoint.nTurkey and beef was cooked brilliantly. Lovely potatoes and veg too. Good size portions.nStaff were really happy and helpful.nDog friendly.nWould highly recommend.
2nd time in coming here and would highly recommend.nIt was busy this time round but still didn't have to wait for very long.nProper home cooked food and portion size wasn't skipped bonus. Prices were good and the lemon curd cheesecake was to die for! Will be back again for another visit at some point.
