I've always had good, prompt service from Wan Jia Le. I usually get the "Box" deal which is great value! Food always hot and tasty. Usually ready for collection in about 20mins. Free spring rolls and prawn crackers. Top stuff!
We order from here every few weeks, but after tonight we won’t be again. Food arrived an hour late with no explanation or apology. Rude delivery driver, and the food was cold. Chips were uncooked, slimy chicken and awful ribs. So disappointing as the food is usually great, but it has been going rapidly downhill recently
Ordered with just eat, everything went thorough ok payment taken. But get this I live just outside Bridgwater so decided to call to offer the delivery driver a little assistance. What did I get a women who used the word love at the end of every very short sentence, she was on loud speaker my wife was ever so impressed. Anyway this was the response. We have tried to call you 7 times, my reply my phone has been next to me the entire time no calls received. Then continued to fob me off utterly unprofessional customer service rating zero. I don’t think she got many GCSE’s bless but she’s trying. So now have to go through just eat to get my money back which will probably take 7 working days awesome isn’t it. My advice if you not to close to them don’t order you just get fobbed off waste of time will only drive to respectable restaurants in the future.
Ordered food from this restaurant and was told it was cancelled and would receive money back. Restaurant told me to check my account after 5 days and just eat will reimburse me. Just eat told me that the food was delivered to me and that any complaints need to be resolved within 3 working days. This restaurant told me 5 days so could not claim my money back. This place is a scam so don’t waste your money
I have always ordered here sometimes a couple times a week and normally no problem what so ever. However the customer service has gone extremely down hill. I ordered couple weeks ago and food came over 3 hours late then they had got an item wrong and was missing an item. Practically ruined our evening meal which spent nearly £30 on. Was told we would have something free next time , so when ordered recently food had come and yet again received the wrong item I rang up the youngish lad was very rude and just said they put it on my order next time and was not coming back out as they were dealing with customers so I'm not a customer I then tried to explain this wasn't good enough for him to then hang up the phone. The food is good but never received such poor service even there worker had said that they get greedy and take to many orders they can't handle and was surprised we had ordered again after the last time. and then don't like it when people complain.
The food we had tonight was the best Chinese food since Jeremy and Wanza let loon wah... Excellent. Will be ordering again soon.
If you want tasty Chinese food, DO NOT EAT HERE! I ordered a take away, Vietnamese chicken, honey chilli chicken, which was just chicken swimming in pineapple juice. The chicken was over cooked and dry, tough as old boots. The rest of it was luke warm and tasteless. I will not be ordering from here again.

This is the best Chinese in town and the staff is very polite. Food is always piping hot and delivered before scheduled. Delivery driver with a smile and very polite. All the food was gorgeous especially the spare ribs!
Disgusting food just like slime Everything just covered in monosodium glutamate. Came luke warm dont waste your hard earned cash with this place.
