Small and busy store but the staff work as fast as they can. Good ordering screens, easy to customise order and add codes. Love the original whoppers and the smartie ice creams. The service can be slow, however everything is more or less made to order so I think its worth waiting for personally.
Dissapointed as the lady serve us take long time to take our oder and to proces it also they have half hats on and all the hair can fly on the food , the young lady she have big nails which makes it difficult for her to pack and prepare the orders , customer waiting around 10 min for ther ordernBurgers was cold as sitting there and the burgers buns old more then 2 days
I live in Bridgwater and use this store at the services often reluctantly for the following reasons. Every time I we have been there which is over 12 times our order as seldom been correct. I always choose BK over MacD because of taste but today I ordered a 7up but got soda water having waited 25 min for my 2 burger meal. Sadly I am so disappointed and I won’t be visiting this store again. Hope some smart cookie will open a well managed store in Bridgwater. Or maybe I will take on a franchise

Double cheese bacon burger. rubber bap. Dry burger. Plastic cold cheese and something like elastic bands bacon that made me choke. With cold chips and tastless drink. If i could give minus i would.
