What a joke . Went to the store placed my order with one member of staff and then told to queue up to pay. Waited patiently for 40 mins and then another member of staff informed us that one oven was down and they were using the other oven for on line orders so all the customers in the shop had their orders cancelled . What brilliant customer relations. Will not bother to go here again. If I was anyone else and you are desperate for one of their pizzas then order on line as this is given priority over people who visit the store A very angry EX customer

Hmmm where to start. Offers on website exclusive to misleading cool methinks go old school ring before making a trip. After ringing for 5 mins hang up check number and opening ring again after nearly 5mins get close to hanging up and giving up. Phone was answered by obviously a disinterested female teenager. After a very pushed syrly exchange. Nope offers are for delivery and we are too busy to deliver ok how long a wait for collection 60-80 mins. Seriously I could go buy one go home heat oven have a shower put pizza in wash car and eat pizza in that time. Hmmm good service and fast food DON'T GO PAPA JOHN'S BRIDGWATER drive to Taunton one instead more polite and service quicker!
